Most website maintenance plans only check your homepage. But a booking page, quote form or checkout can break while the homepage looks perfectly fine, and the first you hear of it is a customer telling you. We monitor your homepage and the key pages that bring in business, and the moment one of them fails, we know about it.
And every 5 minutes while something is wrong, so we know the moment it is back.
A failed check goes straight to the people who fix it, not into an inbox nobody reads.
Monitoring runs separately from the servers your site is on, so it still raises the alarm if a server itself goes down.
Every plan runs on a server we have tuned for WordPress, with caching included and resources that are not shared with a noisy neighbour. For a lot of sites, that alone is the difference between slow and fine.
If something on the site itself is holding it back, we will tell you honestly what it is, and quote to fix it if you want us to.
Ask us about your site's speedA hacked site usually means an emergency invoice from whoever you can find to fix it. On our plans it does not. Cleaning it up is part of what you pay for.
Nobody can promise a site will never be hit. What we promise is that if yours is, it is our problem to fix, not yours.
We do the moving. You do not need to know anything technical, just where the site lives now.
Its address, where it is hosted now and who has the logins. We will look it over and tell you which plan fits.
We copy the site to our server, check it works there, and only then switch it over. Anything we find along the way, like out-of-date plugins, an expired licence or signs of an old compromise, we report to you.
Backups, updates and monitoring start as soon as it is live with us. Because we are watching the site all the time from then on, we sometimes find things that had been lurking for a while, and when we do, we tell you.

The plan keeps your site hosted, safe and up to date. When you want something bigger, we can do that too, quoted up front or at £70 an hour excluding VAT.
Tell us what you needOnly storage. Managed includes 10 GB and Managed Premium includes 25 GB. Everything else is identical. Most business websites use a small fraction of either, because it is media libraries that grow, not page content.
We keep an eye on usage and will get in touch before your site reaches its limit. If it needs more than your plan includes, you move up to Managed Premium. We never suspend a site or delete files without speaking to you first.
Yes. Hosting is part of the plan, and it is what lets us include hack cleanup: we can protect a server we run ourselves, but not one we do not.
Your homepage always, plus the pages that matter most to your business, like a booking, quote, shop or contact page. We agree those with you when your site joins, and you can ask us to add more at any time.
Yes, all the time, and moving it to us is free when you join a plan. For a site we take over, the plan is rolling monthly with 30 days' notice and no minimum term. One thing to know: if the site uses premium plugins or themes licensed to you rather than to us, those licences stay yours to renew, and we will remind you when one is due. If you would rather we held a licence for you, just ask.
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. Updates, monitoring and hardening cut the risk a long way, but they do not remove it. That is exactly why cleanup is included: if something does get through, fixing it is our job and not an extra bill.
One in any rolling 12 months as standard, as long as your site is kept up to date and every premium plugin and theme is licensed. If a site keeps getting hit, we will work out why with you before going any further.
We aim to start on a suspected hack within one working day of it being reported or spotted, and routine requests are typically done within three working days. Those are targets rather than guarantees, and we do not run a 24/7 service.
Often, but we will not promise a number before we have seen the site. Every plan includes caching and a server tuned for WordPress. If the slowness comes from the site itself, such as heavy images or a bloated page builder setup, we will tell you, and quote to fix it if you want us to.
Maintenance is what the plan covers for a fixed monthly price: hosting, backups, updates, security and cleanup. Support is everything else, like changes, fixes and new features. That is quoted, or charged at £70 an hour excluding VAT.
Mailboxes are not part of the standard plan, and nor is bulk email sending. Your site's own emails, like contact form enquiries, are sent through a dedicated relay so they arrive rather than landing in spam.
