Most of the websites we build replace one that was already there. We look at what you have, keep what is working, and design and build something better, without losing the pages and links you have built up.
Most sites do not break all at once. They just slowly stop working as hard as they should. If two or three of these sound familiar, it is worth a conversation.
Tell us about your siteIt looks dated next to your competitors.
It is awkward to use on a phone.
Pages take too long to load.
Updating it is a chore, or nobody dares touch it.
The business has moved on and the site has not.
Enquiries from the site have dried up.
Redesigning a website is a chance to put it on the right footing, not just give it a new coat of paint. We look at how you use your current site and recommend one of two routes.
When you, your staff or someone you work with will be updating it regularly.
WordPress websitesWhen you would rather send changes to us, and want something fast with nothing to update.
Bespoke websitesOnly want part of it refreshed, like a new homepage or a few tired sections? That is a smaller job. WordPress support & development
A redesign should not cost you what you have built up. Before we change anything, we go through your current site and note what is worth keeping: the pages people visit, the content you have written, and the addresses Google and your customers already know.
We cannot promise where Google will rank you, and nobody honestly can. What we can promise is that the new site does not throw away anything the old one had earned.

We redesigned every main page on its existing WordPress site, stripped out years of heavy plugins and an old theme, and reorganised the programmes by life stage.

A kitchen company that had outgrown its Wix site. We replaced it with a bespoke build around its two core services, and redirected every old Wix address.

Garden design, landscaping and grounds maintenance, with a new WordPress site replacing the old one.
View the projectEvery page is designed around the people you want to reach now, not the business you were when the old site went up.
Most of your visitors are on a phone, so that is what gets designed first.
A new look on a slow site is still a slow site, so we sort out what is underneath as well.
Either easy for your team to update, or nothing for you to update at all, depending on the route you choose.
Clean page structure, proper titles and descriptions, and structured data, so Google can read the new site properly.
And once it is live, we can keep looking after it. WordPress maintenance
What is working, what is not, and what we would keep. Then you get a straight recommendation and a fixed quote.
We design the new pages around your customers and refine them with you.
We build the new site alongside the old one, so your current site stays live the whole time.
We put the new site live, redirect every old address, and check it all on desktop and mobile.
It depends on how much of your current site we can keep, so every redesign gets a fixed quote once we have looked at it. Most start from £1,500. If it helps, you can spread the cost over 12 monthly payments, with no interest and nothing extra to pay.
For most businesses, a redesign is a fresh start: a new design on a platform that suits how you use the site now, with your content, pages and links carried across. If the site is sound and only part of it looks tired, a smaller refresh may be all you need, and we will tell you so.
A redesign done carelessly can, usually because old page addresses stop working. We carry your content across and redirect every old address to its new home, so the links Google and your customers know keep working. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, but we make sure the new site does not throw away what the old one earned.
No. We build the new site alongside the current one, and only switch over when it is finished and checked.
Yes. Most of the websites we build replace one that was already there. We will need access to the old site, and to the domain when it comes to switching over.
Yes, by rebuilding it, either on WordPress or on our own bespoke platform. We move your content across and redirect the old addresses, as we did for The Cabinet Door Shop's Wix site.
Your new site lives on our hosting, which is included for the first year. Your domain and email stay where they are.
If you want to, yes: we will rebuild it on WordPress so you and your team can. If you would rather send changes to us, our bespoke platform suits you better, and we make every change for you.
Most take four to eight weeks once everything is agreed. What slows things down is usually new content and photos, so the more of that you have ready, the faster it goes.
No. It is not what we do best, and we would rather point you to someone who does it properly.
Send us the address and what is bothering you about it. We will get back to you within one working day.
