KC Projects is a director-led property maintenance contractor working across East and West Sussex for landlords, block managers, councils and housing associations. We designed and built its website, and we host and look after it.

Property maintenance is for landlords and letting agents, block maintenance covers Section 20 and planned works for surveyors and block managers, housing maintenance is for councils and housing associations, and public buildings covers museums, cinemas and leisure facilities. The projects section lists jobs such as external maintenance and redecoration on Brighton and Hove blocks. Each job is tagged by type of work and marked complete or in progress, so the portfolio can show work as it happens, not only once it is finished.
